Thirsty Moose Taphouse - Manchester

My husband and I are on a road trip in USA from England and upon one of our stops after 8 different states so far, this place Thirsty Moose Tap Bar was the best bar and food stop by far! This place is the best! Great service, great food! What can I say! You guys have set the bar so high that the next places we visit have a lot to live up to! My husband and I love this place! We live in downtown Manchester and so can walk to any bar or restaurant we want and more often than not, head straight for The Moose. There's always a friendly greeting at the door as we go straight for the bar. The bartender knows our names and what we drink and also the speed at which we drink them at. So nobodies pushing beers on us when we're not ready, but he's keeping an eye on us when we do need another round. We've only had appetizers, so can't speak about the entrees, but the apps have all been great. The Baja fish tacos on Taco Wednesday are my favorite and my husband gravitates to the baked wings! I would recommend this bar in a heartbeat. So different than the establishment that used to be at that space!

I was here today to relax on my day off. Jordan the Bartender is just so very nice. Had a few beers and some Fish Tacos (yummo) Jordan I'll make it a point to come say Hello on another Tuesday.

We always go here after or before shows at the Palace with the kids! Perfect place for parents to relax and the casual non-stuffy environment is perfect for families! All the staff are wonderful and attentive! And the food is delicious!

Loved this place! We went on a Friday night there was no wait when we went, we got to be seated right away and our drinks were great! Service was pleasant and the food was awesome! Can't wait to return! Highly recommend.
