Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana

I tried this pizza for the first time! My mom and I decided to visit the restaurant after hearing great reviews. I had high expectations, but I found it to be just okay. The pizza was good, but I personally think it's overhyped. While I appreciate the simplicity of their ingredients, I'm not sure if it's worth the price. I might consider giving it another try if I'm in the area. Also, our waitress was fantastic. She was attentive, efficient, and very kind. We loved her!

Stephania (sp? was fantastic! She brought my pizza out to my car and even offered to pop the top on my Pellegrino. I never drink Pellegrino but now that I'm pregnant figured I'd try it however I didn't realize it needed a bottle opener. She offered to take the bottle in and pop it for me and came back with paper plates and napkins. I wish I could have tipped her but I didn't have any cash! Excellent service and excellent pizza. Also I ordered from the website and accidentally ordered extra sauce on half the pizza. I called them about 8 minutes later, and the gentleman who answered said it wouldn't be a problem to change the order. So happy with my choice (and so was baby

Frank Pepe Manchester .... I 'm a loyal customer!!!! I would like to thank Ben the manager at that location for a 100% satisfaction in dealing with my issue. I had a large cheese pizza well past 'well done '. I called the location and asked for a manager and there wasn 't an issue. I explained to Ben what happened .. he was more than understanding, he was compassionate about my experience. So Frank Pepe made a picture perfect large cheese pizza for me !!! Thank you the Friday night Manchester staff... also I understand the call volume and Covid precautions restaurants take in these times, so things happens. They took care of me!!!!

This restaurant offers excellent thin crust Connecticut pizza. While it may be on the pricier side, it is definitely worth it. The service is good, and the summer tomato pie is a standout dish, although it is only available during the summer months.

Compared to other same style pizzerias in the area Frank Pepe’s will always have my business. I have tried many pizza restaurants in the are, and none are more fairly prized, more flavorful, have more bang for your buck than these guys!! No you don’t have a modern atmosphere, or beer on tap, etc but if you’re looking for excellent pizza, this is the place to go!
