Casa Da Sopa - Manaus

The seating of casa da sopa are all under the canu. it is very spacious and lush with a lot of brickwork. I enjoyed the environment. the All-you-can-eat buffet costs about $10 usd per person. they had 4 vegan suppening when I went: vegatable, mixedo with tofu, black bean and pinto beans. I think they also have some more suppening that are vegetarian, but not vegan. the food bar is minimal, with cold items to supplement their suppe. among the veggie were seatang, zilantro, fresh tweepers, dehydrated garlic, paprika, as well as some brot. for dessert there was reispudding and mango leti (probably not vegan, but I did not ask) check their website for correct hours. when we left, they closed at 10:30. the suppening were all quite salty, but not excessively salty, although I like a fair amount of salt. the aromen were good even though they didn't blow my socks off. the place is quite out of the way from centro, but it is a good enough option that is late at a place as man out is open that has little vegan options.
