Domino's Pizza - Manatee County

This location has an ongoing problem with their managers. Donnie is disrespectful, condescending, and whiny. Because he was soooooo busy with production he could not walk a pizza out to the elderly couple in a golf cart waiting for their dinner. They both use walkers so were unABLE to walk in. Then he harassed her, saying they were going to have throw away the food. I called on Monday asking for the manager. It was Ol ' Donnie who was absolutely unapologetic, again condescending, and down right rude. He said there was no way he would stop to take a pizza out to them. 5 seconds? Seriously? They order at least 2 or 3 times a month as a treat and a way to get out and feel independent. As I was still talking Donnie said, I am not going to keep talking to you about this and hung up ... WOW. How do you keep this person employed? I have been in customer service for some major corporate companies. If I handled issues like this, I would have been fired directly. However, I would never have had this problem because I respect my customers, ESPECIALLY the elderly. This store is in an Elderly Community!!! Shame on you Donnie. We feel we can never go back to this store again. I feel Donnie will not care for their food ... This has bred mistrust.... Domino 's Corporate pay attention... This is not how we treat our elderly.

I also appreciate the participation in the free pizza blessing during this horrible economy. I hope your location immediately starts increasing sales and that it continues into 2025 to best profit year ever! I know I'll continue to buy and now I'm motivated to eat here more. I usually get great delivery but went to pick up free pizza because I was laid off. This time I walked in to an immaculate atmosphere as well.Thanks
