Bubbaque's Bbq Sun City

Very disappointed. I have eaten here plenty of times but tonight was the last straw. Had friends over an ordered wings. The wings still had features on them, almost half of them???? ???????? Never had this problem before. Must be going cheaper on things.

One of the best briskets I ever had ! And I had alot of them from all over United States. Quality is always consistent. Banana pudding is also excellent, great quality pudding, not cheap tasting. Definitely a must try !

Food was nice and meat was tender. No bread with the St Louis Basket, not sure why. Overpriced for what it was quantity wise. Husband asked for 2 certain different sauces, when home we had 13 sauce pouches!!!! 13 for 2 people. Ridiculous. Maybe that's why it is expensive!!!!

Only gave one star because I had to, my husband and I done a take out order and spent over $50.00 and the the food was horrible my okra was cold the ribs were very fatty and tasted like they had been boiled instead of smoked. My husband also ordered chicken strip's because he seen a customer in the restaurant eating them a they were large and looked delicious well needless to say his were the opposite small and almost burnt. We used to live in Ruskin so we were veryfamiliar with BubbaQue's and really enjoyed their food and never had a bad experience. We will never return to this establishment.

Ordered Brisket, pulled pork, KC ribs, full rack of meaty back ribs and 2lbs of their wings. Requested 4 different sauces. Without a doubt these folks know their BBQ. The smoke, the portions and the flavors were off the hook top shelf! Juicy and delicious with award worthy flavors. The sides: fried okra, sweet-tater fries, Mac n cheese and baked beans were pure perfection! Recommend ordering the ?pick 3? your first time so you can get a taste of several meats. Bradenton has top shelf BBQ kids! It?s at Bubba Que?s!
