Wendy's - Manassas

They did not provide me a receipt, shorted me on food, I had to repeat myself multiple times because they couldn't understand my order (drive through) and forgot sauces (when they deliberately asked me). Everytime I go here the register is down. I've been here 2 times and each time the employee says there register is down. Can't be a coincidence that the register is down each time. Sounds like Wendy's hired some lazy employees. Its always the same girl. I won't be going back here again. Service: 1

Fast eating, it is good for this category. spicy chicken and frosty is the one to go away!

Went here and drive thru experience was awful. Order was incorrect and then said she couldn't refund me her mistake back to my card. Only to given me refund in cash and it wasn't the full refund. I will never return and we usually come every Friday as a treat to my three children. New staff training needed. I don't desire free food that I didn't order, I desire food I ordered and paid for.
