Pizza Hut - Manassas

The worst experience is some irresponsible spoiled people who deliver the orders late and incorrectly, I called to say that they sent the order wrong and I got angry and said that if I call it is because they made a mistake and I am paying for what I want not for what They think they will like it.

I placed a delivery order for a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, which was confirmed by your staff. However, after waiting for 30 minutes, I decided to call and check on the status of my order. To my surprise, I was informed that no order had been placed and the driver went home. Understandably, this left me frustrated as a customer. Either someone did not know how to enter the order into the POS, or, it was entered into the system, made, and the driver took it home since it was a cash order. This place employs people that are unprofessional and sneaky. What was done was essentially stealing from the company. I'm sure upper management doesn't care because they're stealing from the company as well. Poorly ran establishment that has zero customer service skills.

Clean store, food always prepared fresh and perfectly cooked.

Very bad service at the front desk, the lady in front, on the phone is the same lady,the service is a disaster at the front desk.omg .

This place is horrible they answer the phone with the biggest attitude and they act like your bothering them how lazy can you be that it's such a nuisance answering a phone. i bet tgey are nasty dirty people that are to busy sitting around trying to do nothing and don't clean up at all
