Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant has top-notch service. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The atmosphere, however, was lacking. Despite the good service, the restaurant's ambiance could use some improvement.
The drive-thru service was very quick! The food was rated a 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 3.
The restaurant does not seem to prioritize ensuring that orders are correct, and when asked about it, they simply say yes. The food quality is inconsistent. Overall rating: Food - 1, Service - 1.
Came to McDonald’s for a curbside. Again curbside parking was blocked so I went inside. The “manager” said my order was unpaid for and I was on stage que to get my food. Although I had a receipt with paid for order and my bank account already pulled the money for said order. He asked me to give him My phone for what reason I’m unsure because I was showing him all the information for the receipt and order. He still continued to argue my order was unpaid and i asked if he could read and see that wasn’t the case. My thoughts were confirmed with the unable to read part because I ordered a sweet tea, and he gave me unsweetened. The simple fix would be to keep the curbside pick up spots available for those picking up, so when people do arrive they can correctly put in their parking spot and orders can be placed correctly. Maybe if he was a true manager he would have thought of that himself and realize the problem.
The food is mostly fresh when I order, (roughly 70-75% of the time). Is it accurate? (about 20% of the time). For starters, if you order any kind of Bagel sandwich that COMES with BREAKFAST SAUCE, yet NEVER makes it on to a sandwich at this location. I've addressed this directly with staff and had it fixed ONE TIME. After ordering it about 10x even REQUESTING EXTRA SAUCE (about .89 cents extra) , it still comes DRIER than a Popeyes biscuit. I might try to order this sandwich with NO sauce in the future and watch that thing come loaded...
