Peruvian Terrace - Managua

I was curious about this place when I first saw it in maps, so I decided to find myself when dishes were as good as described by other people, and I found out that they have absolutely great dishes to taste. the place itself is a terrace with all the means, fresh and surrounded by a garden. quite calm as it is, turns out to be a good option to have a conversation while enjoying great food. the service was fast and the waiter was such a friendly and professional person, he stepped to check every 30 minutes whether we needed anything. the prices are more than fair for the aromen and exotic of some dishes, and the portions are perfect, not too much, not too little. I would go again at any time, preferably on the afternoon (I went tonight) to enjoy the colors of the garden.

Last night I finally made it into this little good oasis. I was in many restaurants throughout nicaragua and I feel it is fair to say, generally eating is fresh and made with fresh ingredients, but I find that eating to be aircraft and in nothing else than natural roharoma of meat and few vegetables that can be found. but this place has taken several cultures and began to mix real tasteful foods with amazing local ingredients and presented in a very traffic-free road and literally a place that is influx before the normal smells and sounds of managua. I think that eating is very fair. the service is something on the slow side. that makes a beautiful relaxing culinary experience. I came to dinner and then dinner again. both made for great experiences. for dinner I could try anticuhos de filete res, very delicate, perfectly boiled, with a lot of taste. papa! rellena came on the look not perfect, but once I was cut into the wut I was happy with this explosion of the aromes. ceviche de camarones was presented on a plate and I really enjoyed the aromen, the garnelen seemed fresh and I was satisfied. for lunch I stretched a bit and couldn't be done. but I went to start with locro and thought I would be in something vegetarian because of the brave title on the menu. (I didn't read the fine print) haha no very vegetarian. buuut extremely good. I loved it. next was the causa with pulpe. this beautiful little volcano of delicious open to show pure happiness. but then came this little fried? baked? balls called yuquitas. such a delicate outer shell and a creamy delicious hot inside. good selection of melow latin music and to a good level for enjoying business and conversation.

Eating here is quite expensive, but everything we really had tasted good and the service and the environment was very nice. there is plenty of airflow in the terrace and a lot of distance between one table and the other. overall a good experience. the pineapple was nice.

Absolutely enjoyed this place large menu for choice, romantic and comfortable environment. a whole group of us went. eating was delicious, service is exceptional and the security man is the absolute best guy who does and incredible work.

Excellent restaurant with reasonable prices (main plate starting at US$ 8). Good food and excellent service. We have a two year old toddler and he feels very comfortable there.
