Acholado Cocina Peruana - Managua

Probably my favorite restaurant in nicaragua. the portions are good to share, the ingredients are fresh and tasty, presentation is beautiful, and the place is modern, reasonable quiet and comfortable. service is also very good.

Incredible food! a friend of mine recommended the place as the best restaurant in managua and after ordering the first dish I bought it totally. oh yes. this is a peruvian kitchen represented by a very talented chef who is able to tell the story of eating with his aromas.

Stop looking, there is no comparison in this country. the absolute best Peruvian food and honestly one of the best restaurants I was living in. Lomo-saltado with risotto is unbelievable and her toblerone cheesecake is to die. their ceviches are perfected and each plate feels handmade with delicate with a perfect balance of the aromes. Many thanks that they always have an amazing quality of food every time I left.
