Bidrage med feedbackReviews are soo personal, and sometimes really not objective at all.It all reduces to what that particular person feels at that time.This is why i went to Mesogios with some reserves,because of the reviews i read.It is always nice to be wrong like this.;-)First of all the setting is amayzing, the views of the lake when the sun goes down are one in a million.The food great, from small greek like starters to huge main courses.The staff- out of this world, happy to accomodate each specific need.Really impressive attitude from Larisa, always on the look out for an empty glass that needed refilling, great english and good small talk.I prommised i will return:-)
Great greek/international profile restaurant in Mamaia and Bucharest also. You can try every dish, it is just by the book, good taste, fresh food, really well cooked. They just get their stuff from the best markets in Romania and Greece. The best dishes dorada in salt, shrimps in butter....and so on.
Only the view is really nice here, bad service , horible & expensive cocktails , the food isn't that great....it's such a pity that a beautiful place have such a bad service...
The best Scorpion fish I ever had! Very good services, resonable prices! A real good place for sea food!
We had a nice surprise with the starters. Excelent tiger shrimps with garlic souce. Then we got the turbot with side dish: grilled vegetables, spinach and zucchini all full of flavors and taste. The Romanian rose wine was an excelent choice too. All was so good we decided to replace the desert wirh a spicy chese and vegetable greek oven dish.All the orders came fast, all the waiters were friedly and take good care of us. We were lucky to get from the terace a spectacular sunset above the lake, where we had our table.However, we did not unsderstand why they got the turbot from Spain when this is the land of the famouse Black See turbot?The prices are high but still good value for money.
