Bidrage med feedbackLast laugh. We needed an espresso machine, so we tried Visions. We agreed to buy the machine and grinder, IF they could install it the following week. We had an event we committed to. The salesman said what he needed to to make the sale. The service team did pulled every trick in the book to delay the installation to the point where we had to go pick it up and install it ourselves. Because we installed it, they terminated the warranty and would not refund any money for the installation and warranty, which are both part of the final price. BUT!!!! When the salesman Brandon was loading it in my wife's car, A BIRD POOPED ON HIM AND HIS CO WORKER. Hahahahaha, totally worth it! Needless to say, We will find someone else for any further espresso needs.
Was able to get my La Marzocco serviced and picked up a new Mahlkonig Grinder.
Visions has been our go to to service and replace our commercial coffee equipment for almost a decade. Wether its a routine maintenance done on site at my roaster, or a refurbished machine to replace equipment in a pinch The Visions team is always prompt, knowledgable and thorough. They are only a call or email away should any issues arise and are happy to walk me through any issues that may come up whether its me or my crew.Super stoked to have Visions as out go to resource and put full trust in their extremely knowledgeable team!
Awesome selection of espresso machines, grinders, and barista tools for your home or business.
I almost contemplated opening my own espresso parts and service shop after my experience at Visions. Without exaggerating, they're everything you don't want from a repair service. They're slow, expensive, and worst of all, unreliable. I honestly can't make a good faith recommendation to others who needs espresso machine or grinder service. Long story short: they took our grinder to be serviced for three weeks without any updates. They brought it back and said everything was fine but somehow the grinder didn't work so they took it back to fix it. They brought it back saying that it was fixed but it wasn't and so they took it back for the third time. And after more time, they said some electrical component was broken and so they needed it to replace it for $500. This is before $1200 they charged us for the grinder and the espresso machine service. I wish there was some redeeming part to the story but to no avail, it was a completely disastrous experience. I'm sure there are many others who can relate to my experience with visions.
