The Pink Door - Maltkiln Lane

We enjoyed this place until the power went out. Manager said it had happened before. It was at the end of our meal so we had to wait 20 minutes for a check. It was hot and I left sweating. We also missed a tour because of the delay. They could’ve acted faster instead of waiting just to write down all of our card information (which felt sketchy). The host also made me feel weird because she said that we had double booked but Opentable does not allow that so it’s not possible.

We have a group visiting Seattle next month (August) and wanted to book dinner and see the show for a final night in Seattle. There is only 8 of us, but I was informed that I could only have a table for 6! So I tried to book (2) 4 tops and was rudely told that's the same thing. She explained that they could not serve 8 people at a time (only 6). OK, so I asked to make a reservation for just the show (we will eat somewhere else). She said no..they couldn't do that either..Never heard such craziness from an upscale restaurant (I guess I was wrong of thinking they were upscale). Very disappointed!!!

A must stop restaurant if you're visiting Seatle. The restaurant does not have a sign, so look for the Pink door in the Alley.

Lasagna and pistachio creme pasta were delicious. Really good location near the water

The view and atmosphere is great. Food is pretty mid Italian. Our server didn’t seem to care if we were there or not. I know it’s a ‘must do’ in Seattle but pretty unimpressive.
