Bidrage med feedbackAfter the hustle and bustle of the weekend, everything was just right at the Tailwind. I like the mix of bicyclists checking our equipment, patrons recapping events over coffee and under spoked wheels. This may be my favorite café in Seattle.
I got an oat milk latte here that was so exceptional that I came back the next day and ended up ordering 2 more. The croque madam was also fantastic! The staff are great at what they do, even if they typed in Dolan by accident when they took my order
Ideal atmosphere for drinking coffee and lounging but food options are bleak and not what they used to be. They removed the breakfast tacos off their menu— Their egg and bacon sandwich is reminiscent of an egg McMuffin made with good quality ingredients, but without any sides to go with other than potato chips I give is a solid 3 stars. I do not recommend this place if looking for good breakfast or brunch.
Is this a cloud or a cappuccino? If you can’t serve good coffee perhaps focus only on bicycles. @OWNERS you need to better train your baristas. Seattle deserves better coffee. The funny thing is that when I asked the barista for a microfoam she said that they don’t do that when it’s busy (aka wuality deteriorates when they are busy??? Well the place was empty during the week and wasn’t busy. It’s really unfortunate since the outdoor area is cute
Very cute and cozy cafe tucked away in an alley, attached to a classy modern style bike shop. Menu is a bit limited but the vibe is excellent
