Unfortunately this location does not accept cash at all, contradictory to Starbucks Corporate Policy.

Does not accept cash.....this hotel has people visiting internationally. You must take cash!Also not taking cash creates a barrier so that poor people cant buy anything. Welcome to America

Honestly, staff and customer service is great. They put the best foot forward, but due to the sheer amount of people being served; this place is straight chaos. Drinks are incorrect, and water down. The amount of substitution they need to make to because out of stock ingredients is laughable. Granted this NOT a customer service issues or anyone's sole fault. I strongly believe this is establishment cannot handle the amount of customers given by the Sheraton Hotel. This review is solely based on just wanting my coffee, if I were you, I would recommend going elsewhere.

I don't buy anything, I did work in another business close to Starbucks.

Very convenient to have Starbucks in the hotel lobby. However, it closes quite early.
