Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Service was absolutely fantastic however the food was....It could be better. Biscuit was surprisingly moist and good. Chicken sandwich could have been a bit better. It felt lacking and somewhat dry. Fries were solid. I tried my partners food and it was also lacking on 2 out of the 3 things.Wish it would have been better. 3 out of 5. Hoping to see improvements soon!

We tried Popeyes for first time in Oregon and we loved it. So we decided to go and try the one in west seattle since there isn’t one in Seattle. We ordered at the drive thru because their website was not working. Everything seem fine until we got to the window. We had to wait for our order for about 10mins and even the employee came out and try to charge us again because she forgot we were still waiting for our food. When she finally brought our food she just extended her arm while purposely hitting my car and not even said one word. We ordered wings and they were horrible. They were covered in a sauce that was mostly sugar. Not even cooked all the way. We had to throw our food away and not even thinking of going back to that place with that type of attitude they gave us.

Ordered 3 different sandwiches. All incorrect! These are regular menu items. No add ons or leave offs. Nice people in drive thru, but... IJS. Try something else. Anything else. Continously fail. I'm done.

I haven't been here I awhile, so I don't know what is on the menu, extra or sauces. While order through the drive thru the worker was very helpful while I order and even apologized for noise in the background. When I got to the window, they handed me my drink and I noticed their pretty nails. The food was good and the sauce was the bomb.

Food was fresh, the worker at night was very patient and helpful. Great spot for some fast and fresh food.
