Amazing food. Owner Paul and his wife are incredibly friendly. Me and my buddy were touring Seattle to eat anywhere we could and this was easily the best food we found especially for the price. 10/10 worth the walk and we swung back by for seconds. Incredibly friendly to tourists as well.

If you're missing east coast Italian Sandwiches, this is one of the few places in Seattle that hits the spot.

Excellent hot paninis. The ingredients were fresh and delicious together. They were also very quick. The schedule said they'd close at 5pm today (a Tuesday) and I got there at 4:55pm expecting them to turn me away. Instead, they had two sandwiches checked out, made, and out to me in the span of those five minutes!

I've been going here regularly for the past year, and will continue to go at least once a week when possible. Paul and his wife provide great and friendly service, make good food, and have better coffee than you know who down the street. When I forget my lunch, there are no worries here! Breakfast there is good too and super fast. I love supporting the Boathouse Deli and I hope to be their customer for a long time.
