Bidrage med feedbackI had believed to come here based on FB and IG photos I had seen. I was surprised when I woke up and saw that was the place. For over a decade, I had passed it, uninterested. You must have got a new management or a new cook because I was blown away. You have fresh baked bread with dips that are more tasty than a restaurant I was. My table filled with bread, we had no room for dinner, but of course we ordered dinner and dessert. The cheesecake options are amazing and SO good! The plate is quite and full. The prices are good for all you get. The waiter and the host were very polite and attentive. I'm telling a huge cudo to the one who revised this place, and I'm a customer for life. This is my official newcomer.
My friend and I arrived yesterday. We had no reservations, but we are happy enough to get a few seats at the bar. We were quickly cleaned by Jennifer der Fledermaus / Mischologe (in a picture below). She was fantastic and creates new adult drinks for the menu. Last night, one of their creations on the special list was a Snickerdoodle Martini! WOW! Absolutely from this world! We started our meal with the 13 north loaded frits. I'm sorry, we buried before I got a photo. They were delicious! Oh, my! Then our entrees came out...Lobster Ravioli in a garlic, bacon-Scaleion vodka sauce. Holy wow! The portions are very large and the aromas burst! Our dinners were accompanied by a hot bread leaf, a soft garlic pot of herbal butter and a cup of cinnamon sugar soft butter. (Soft butter has a soft spot in my heart. Hate rock-hard butter with bread) After eating our entire appetizer, we were able to eat only 1/2 of our entrees and ordered desert to go (all desserts are made on site). My friend ordered the Candy Explosion Cheesecake with Kit Kat, M M Ms, ect, me, the Trifecta Cheesecake layers of different chocolate with a blow creamy chocolate chip topping. Today I finished my left ravioli and started with my cheesecake. I rarely have a problem ending dessert, but 1/2 of it will have to wait until tomorrow. I'm filled! A special cry after Jennifer, our server, bartender and blendologist are you not only very well versed in the science of creating delicious cocktails, but your especially social and have a great to earth fun personality! To Patty in the kitchen for your fabulous and to die for meals and desserts! My friend and I agreed that 13 North is the best restaurant we have ever experienced in all aspects of ambience to service and quality / quantity! Next is the Salmon Run in Lee MA.
Overnight stay in Malta NY. Great restaurant. The salty atmosphere. The first impression was a welcoming place with personality. Host was great at a party of 4 seats without reservation The menu is fantastic! All dishes are made in the house ie. Soßen dressings and dishes are prepared to order as you like it. Server Lisa was funny energetic that made the dining room experience 5 stars. Ordered 2/Pork Schnitzel, chicken stack and fish chips. If we lived in the area, this would be our favorite visit. We look forward to the next visit. Thanks for the great service.
The chicken stack was phenomenal. Great place next to the hotel where we were. The Blackberry Margherita was delish! Okay, day two not disappointed! Chicken Francaise and the mussel special were great. Trish is a big server that Dessert though! Omg.
Never had a bad meal here. Very solid food, large portions, and friendly service. Also, the desserts are to die for! Easily one of my favorite restaurants in the area.
