I was reluctant to review such a high end spot, but Nobu Malibu lives up to the hype. Food is outstanding and the service was excellent. I'd recommend coming here when they open at noon since it's not quite as busy. Take in the ocean view, listen to the staff describe each dish as the present you with your food, and try not to eat it in 3 seconds. Yes, it's that good. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Why was my credit card taken from me before my meal. That shows great mistrust, I don't feel comfortable handing over my card to a stranger for any amount of time.
