Café Kännchen - Malente

Incredibly unfriendly staff...absolutely not recommended. There are so many nice and friendly cafés in the area that communicate with their customers friendly and positively. Never again.

One million At an evening walk in a quiet painter I discovered this cafe that somehow woke my attention... and two days later, my husband and I dared to visit. I get used to mourning as a delay: except in large cities such as Hamburg or Berlin, breakfast offers are available at no later than 12 o'clock. Why this is so hard to understand. The café has been in place for two years and is located almost in the middle of it in rooms that have long been used by a watchmaker and jeweler. Charming furniture: cozy benches and chairs in front of solid wooden tables, coffee pots everywhere and other accessories, white roses as jewelry on dark wood, bright red lumbar chair in a sort of séparée in front of the squeaking unisex washroom. In the background, the music has already been on the Hump runs from Freddy Quinn to Bee Gees to Procol Harum for every taste. It doesn't take long until we sit in front of the pure porcelain and look forward to being here. Truly, there is no wish open: spicy hot organic eggs refined with fresh herbs, high quality whole grain bread rolls, aroma cheese (not from the refrigerator, so pleasant!, ripe fruits, crunchy vegetables, sufficient butter, a delicious spread of tomatoes and basil, strawberry jam, fresh cheese and not least the ingenious Toffitella We feel rich! If we pappsat and overjoy our plates, it is clear that this was perhaps the best breakfast we could ever eat. The waiter shines over the whole face and is very pleased when I give him my praise in the highest tones and even a few joyful tears on the way... We still get the last rumball (for later, pay the bill and can take a happy, 100 safe “until very soon” farewell. You can only recommend. Eat Very delicious, just like the cakes. And very cozy. Right to feel good. Very friendly staff .

Were there for breakfast on Sundays and were just enthusiastic! Very delicious food and a very nice attentive service at a pleasant price. Will definitely return in our next holiday in winter.
