Pauls Plaice - Maldon

I frequently dine at Paul's Place. The meals are truly excellent and very large. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly.

I just ordered from Paul's Plaice on Uber Eats and the delivery was quick. The cod pieces are absolutely delicious, they are like bites of heaven. The fish is beautifully cooked. The chips and gherkins are also great. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

I must say that the fish and the chips that my wife and I had, this lunchtime was the best we ever tried. the chips were perfect and not too fat and the cadjau was amazing. we're both approaching 80 and. have stopped driving so we have to rely on someone who collects it for us, otherwise we would have it every week.

Totally hard anemic chips, portion ridiculously large for a person. batter on the fish uncooked inside and revolt! the go on in the food recycling back!

This is very close to my home so I pop in often. Always pleased with the friendly service and good food. As a bonus -masses of car parking.
