Siloe Kitchen - Málaga

Stopped for a light lunch whilst visiting the museums. Had the Manchego, Brie and Spanish omelette, with mojitos and margaritas. Gorgeous food, perfect cocktails. Waitress was very welcoming and knew the menu by heart. Must visit!

Went there with my wife and what an amazing surprise it was! Literally next to the Cathedral,lovely spot. Their Russian salad is the best one I’ve ever tried by far! And the Spanish omelette is so juicy and tasty! Very friendly staff, Maria will make you feel like home!

We knew up ahead we were heading into crowded tourist areas, I almost missed it Siloe Bar Kitchen. There were maybe six or seven tables outside, a cool breeze was blowing and my feet were barking after two hours at the Malaga Museum (awesome art). Why not take a chance on this little place? All the menus up ahead seem to just mimic each other. Often, small menus mean they only want to do their best with what they can do in their tiny kitchen. And that was the case here. We had their beef rib tacos with pickled red unions, topped with a handmade sour cream on warm wheat tortillas. Additionally, we had a potato “tortilla” Spanish style. The meat was finely chopped (no fat/grizzle) and the papas were the best we’ve had here. Just a little lunch with a Big Bang of flavors. A generous pour of wine and an attentive server. It was a pleasant surprise, this little restaurant has someone in the kitchen who excels in crafting tastes that are memorable. Interesting menu to boot. And, that breeze was divine.

Fenomenal para morder y beber algunos vinos. La carta es corta pero exquisita. La ensalada rusa es muy buena. Me encantó todo lo que intentamos. los muy buenos vinos que la camarera no dio para probar varios y que estábamos eligiendo. vamos a repetir seguro y así podemos probar nuevos vinos y platos que sentimos como
