Platero - Málaga

We had to wait quite a while to be seated. It seemed they couldn’t figure out where to seat people. Once seated, we ordered a paella, and meatballs in sauce. Both were not very good. Paella which I ate, had really hard bits that you couldn’t eat. Meatballs were very salty. Overall, we wouldn’t visit again. So disappointed.

.heaving with locals ,cheap ,varied and good food ... brilliant service ...even when very busy,attentive staff ... will be in for many more meals

We came here as a little stop off on our journey around the smaller villages up and in the hills. We had the breakfast menu and our bacon sandwiches were served quickly. They were the best we’ve ever had !! Still can’t believe how good they were. Very busy with locals which we only see as a positive since they know the nice places to eat for a reasonable price. 4 sandwiches all with drinks came to a total of 14€ !!! Amazing. Would definitely recommend for breakfast.

Me comí algunas veces en el restaurante Platero, siempre excelente cocina casera, lugar acogedor con gran terraza, servicio preciso. Pero hoy probé la nueva zona del restaurante, inaugurada hace unas semanas, el rincon de Julia. El pequeño lugar es un servicio elegante e impecable. Muy bienvenida el gueule amuse, una porra muy delicada, luego carnes, postre con un sabor helado del bienmesabe, un postre típico del convento de Antequera! Muy bueno también los diversos tipos de pan propuesto! Sólo puedo recomendarlo el restaurante Platero y su nueva zona el rincon de Julia! Es por eso que sólo da 4 estrellas, un gran vino tinto servido demasiado frío.

Good establishment to try the typical of our kitchen, fast your table service and well full of fresh and natural products. I repeat the experience if I pass through that area, also the living room was carefully picked up and ordered.
