I understand that someone has a bad day, but they should realize that they are working with people and providing a service. The customer is not responsible for his mistakes. And now to the point I ordered a margherita with ham over the phone, for which I was offered a prosciutto pizza with basil (the same combination, only at a higher price). So I refused, I won't pay more for the same thing, you just have it wrong in the price list. What blew my mind when I opened it the chef took the trouble to pick the smallest possible leaves and put 1 piece on (almost) each triangle. If you did this to a random customer who came to sit with you, know that he would make a real mess there. These are typically Slovak services. We had pizza for delivery. 1x they charged us for something we didn't order, 2x we wanted to pay by card and there was a problem with that because the delivery guy didn't have a terminal and asked for payment on account (the money was sent to him), then he left angrily. Nowhere is it stated that payment by card must be reported in advance. The only thing they have written is that you can pay by cash or card, nothing more about the fact that you have to report it in advance....
