Bidrage med feedbackTo be honest, I'm never a fan of unagi, as I really sensitive with this type of fish, regardless of whether big or small, hard or soft my Japanese friend of the botschaft said he has preordered the best quality of unagi in the city. from this reason I dared my own to try the bones were clean, and the unagi was almost grilled to perfection. the sauce that was on the unagi (I'm sorry that I didn't well versed when it comes to the unagi kitchen) complicated the unagi perfect and does not overwhelm the taste buds. thumbs up the set is so good, from starters to dessert, service is excellent!
To eat here first time and I liked it. the aal is freshly prepared and they can observe whether they want. the next time I bless unagi. tipp: the midday specialties give them the most bang for their buck.
Restaurant specializing in Japanese style eel. So far it the best eel place I've been around Makati. Quality is superb for all the food including the tofu. Its the few legit japanese place where japanese expats go to for lunch. It is pricey but understable as ingredients they use are fresh.
You would expect a restaurant specializing in eel to offer a transcendent experience compared to what you can find in less focused Japanese dining, but what I received here was just passing average. Nothing to really complain about, but I’d have a hard time really remembering this meal over the many other lunch sets I’ve tried from restaurants in the area. Which isn’t all bad the MCS vicinity Japanese restos are mostly decent and sufficiently authentic; Unakichi doesn’t feel out of place in their good company.
Salmon Sashimi 5 mini slices. Food TOO pricey nothing extraordinary. Serving undersized for the over priced food. Not worth it. Draft beer was good.
