Problem with the order, it was imposible to put a note for special request

The pizza was cold, dry and tough when it reached us!

The restaurant frequently forgets to provide utensils, but despite that, the food is fantastic!

Not sure if it was rider or restaurant however my food presentation was mishandled. The drink I ordered has been emptied I only received ice. And the food was stale did not taste equally good as the resto, it seemed rushed but arrived pretty late. Secondly as I have decided to let pass an incomplete order that did not arrive because the driver was nice and courteous, however he littered the wet paper bag and destroyed straw in our condominium hallway near the elevator outside my unit. The hallway has wet stains from his footprints I would understand completely it was raining or similar circumstance but it is sticky from the iced tea.

Pizza was could, every time we ordering pizza from Motorino it arrive cold, please invest in a pizza delivery case.
