Bidrage med feedbackThe food was delicious albeit a bit pricey as the portions were small. Most of what we ordered was good for 1-2 persons. The paco salad and gising gising were delicious and we had to order second helpings. The beef mechado and braised beef were kinda sweet and not too spectacular. The black pepper crab was sumptuous. Will come back here but maybe not too soon. Service was good and servers were friendly. Finally..... for desert, we had the sikreto ni maria!!! It was SUPER delish! Definitely a must try!
I never had any Filipino dishes and my friend recommended Sisig and Léchon, and I thought my first try should be at a reputed locel restaurant. Didn't make the wrong decision to try at Fely J's Kitchen. When the Sisig was served, oh the fragrance! I like the crispy skin of Léchon, and it was not as fatty as I thought it would be I thought the iced tea would be like any other but I really enjoyed it!
Tried a number of dishes but it's 50-50 hit and miss. The Pacific Tanigue and Mango Kilawin and Tokwa't Baboy were good! For former had a refreshing citrusy flavour while the latter has nice textures when eaten. Gising-gising was too watery and the veg became too soft. Sisig did not have a nice flavour and was the oiliest sisig I have ever eaten. Desserts were slightly above average. Staff were quite attentive during my visit and food was served with reasonable waiting time. But prices are om the higher side.
Everything was good. I never tried the Filipino food, the diner was good.
Terrible food. In fact, the worst I've ever had. The food doesn't taste unique, it just tastes bad. I hated every single dish that was served (except for the sisig; the most edible dish in that restaurant) It was pricey for small portions as well, I can see why the restaurant was so empty. I hope people read their reviews carefully before going to this place.
