The environment is great, the service as well as that they receive a small selection of very fast prepared food after presentations in the opernhaus is great. the food itself could have been more tasteful and better flavored. the gulasch suppe was unfortunately too watery and the crimp salad had a taste of finished salad from the plastic can. I'm sure you can improve it.

Very pleasant post opera or spectacle restaurant. the food proposed after the theater are well prepared, well seasoned, and remain in the local mainzer tradition of the former house of the German weines, such as the handkästartar, which advantageously replaces the previous master teller. the wein is also well selected, and the urge for the opera is well vyed. very nice restaurant, highly recommended.
