Arepas Pa' Ti Pa' Mi - Mainz

Most things on the menu are gluten-free, because arepas are naturally gluten-free. I just moved to Mainz and was pleased to find an Arepa shop because they are delicious and the restaurant is safe for celiacs. The menu is marked with allergens for those who cannot have milk.

Celiacs can choose from a variety of gluten free items on the menu. Hopefully in the future everything will be gf.

Great place for celiacs! Almost the entire menu is gluten free and they are very good about managing cross contamination. When I asked about what was gluten free, they explained the spices on the meat could have trace gluten so it wouldn’t be GF. I’ve eaten here twice, very sensitive celiac and no issues! Do yourself a favor and order the plantains. The arepas are excellent. The food is totally cravable and safe!

Having Celiac can be frustrating, but with this restaurant I had a wonderful selection to chose from. Absolutely wonderful Venezuelan food, definitely will make this a staple in my life!
