Nam An Chicken Rice In Westm

They give me a wrong order. I have to bring the food back to the restaurant one of the worker. Take the food out and swap with another different bag. I don't know her hand even clean.

This place used to be quite good, but they keep increasing the price, yet the portion gets smaller. Many reviews complain about the service, but the owners are really MEAN, they only have one or two employees out on the floor, and they have to take order, clean the tables, bring water, do takeout orders etc etc; also they change employee all the time, and those employees were actually very nice, I see them working hard and always nice to customers, neither the lady or man owner are friendly or smile to customers. The chicken is still quite good, but there are many places now have good chicken, boneless and better value, I don't need to go and see the arrogant faces of the owners, plus I am worried about the cleaness of the food and place being they are always understaffed.

The food is very delectable. Love how clean the restaurant is. Highly recommend.

The Nam An chicken rice is great, with the ginger chilly fish sauce. The lemon grass grilled chicken is so so. Try the deep fried sticky rice, it was the highlight. The food didn’t come out fast. The staff all looked sad.

Eat here for several years, they never fail to deliver good chicken.
