Chopsticks - Maidstone

This was our first time ordering from this restaurant, so we were a little hesitant, but we are so glad we did. This will now be our new favorite Chinese takeout spot. We ordered during a busy time on Saturday and our food arrived on time and piping hot! The portion sizes were generous. We tried the sweet and sour mixed starter, which was excellent value for money. The ribs were amazing. Every dish had its own delicious, authentic Chinese flavor. We were very impressed.

I have been a patron of Chopsticks for many years now, and have only encountered one small issue, which was promptly resolved. The food is always served hot, well-cooked, and delivered quickly. I am eagerly anticipating my most recent order placed just a few minutes ago.

After reading mixed reviews about this takeaway, we decided to give it a chance because it had a 5-star rating on the Food Gov site. The lady who took our order was friendly and made sure to confirm all of the changes we requested. The delivery was fast and the driver was also very friendly. The food was amazing - the Beef in black bean dish was flavorful with plenty of beef, crunchy peppers, and onions. The Sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style was delicious, as were the noodles and rice. We were pleasantly surprised to receive free forks, prawn crackers, and fortune cookies. Overall, we were impressed with the quality of the food and service. Despite the negative reviews, we found this to be the best Chinese food we've had in a long time, even after traveling from London.

This was our second time order from this place, first of all the women was VERY VERY VERY RUDE whilst taking order, she didi not even confirmed the order properly. Food was TERRIBLE. Ordered chicken and vegetable mixed curry it was 90% vegetable but it was not curry. Roast pork and mixed vegetable curry was same with NO Taste. I threw all of it away in the BIN, Please please do not order from this place, Dry ribs had no taste and it was like a chunk of firewood. I will never go back to this place. My best Chinese in Town is New Chinatown. It was very disappointing treat for my boy for his GCSE result. Wondering how they are sustaining in the town!!

This is not good food. Greasy and Luke warm and am feeling very rough today. Seriously regret eating it
