Chipotle Mexican Grill - Magnolia

Meh, if you are a walk in customer you usually have to wait a really long time while they prioritize drive through and online orders over you, standing there.....waiting in line. They dedicate all of their employees to every other task in the building other than putting people on the line or helping you to get in and out in a timely manner. Not to mention most of the employees are kind of jerks to you, the paying customer. Not friendly, even downright rude at times. There are exceptions of course but for the most part don't expect a cheery, happy attitude from anyone at this location. I've eaten here several times and experienced long wait times almost every time. +1 stars for a clean location.

Ordered sofrita salad and So watery. This never happened in other chipotle branch.

Horrible. First in line wait thirty minutes for service cause they can?t hire enough people for Friday night dinner time to have some working on the online orders , they have two people doing all the walkins and online orders. Then they don?t have lids for the guac so they put a tiny scoop in the larger container. It was half of the small one. The. I go to get Diet Coke and it comes out yellow. Worker says out of syrup. I had already said I didn?t want anything else. No offer to fix it or etc. just outta luck and money. No more going here. This is the 3rd bad experience here in two months.

Chipotle is anytime dine in place for me and my kids. Since we look for vegetarian or halal place, this place has good options with tofu substitutes. All time fav is rice bowl. Love the freshness of sour cream and guacamole. It?s quick, filling and tasty,

I?ve been to many chipotle locations and this is always the worst. Why is the quac always brown??? Such a great location but service and quality is not. Hope they turn it around. This is just unacceptable.
