Brothers Pizza Express - Magnolia

I?ve come here for at least a decade and within that time I?ve never had a bad customer service experience. The staff is always kind and wants to give you the best dinning experience possible. They always make sure to talk positively and with a smile on there face and the food is always good if you have anything to say they will listen to you love this place strongly recommend!

Great Pizza ! Toppings were fresh. The crust was outstanding ! The staff was very nice and attentive.

1st time trying this place. Last time trying this place. Pizza is way overpriced and not very good. Normal Pepperoni pizza was okay, but deluxe was so slimy all the toppings literally slide right off when trying to get a piece. Every piece was the same way and didn?t taste anything spectacular. Rather go to little Cesar?s. Staff wasn?t very friendly. Guy working around the oven had to yell the guys name who was supposed to be manning the counter, and he still proceeded to finish his conversation with his buddy before helping me.

It was decent pizza when piping hot but as soon as it began to cool, some of the inconsistencies began to show. Cheese didn?t taste super fresh, dough was well done but not crunchy/crispy more of a ?tug? to rip type of texture. A bit greasy as well. Environment was a bit dark inside, but it is hot outside, so I won?t knock them for keeping the shades down. Last since you can see the cooking I did see a lady make a salad and use her hands to scrape it out the bowl onto the plate. A small turnoff for sure. Use gloves. I think with a bit more pride, commitment to sanitation and passion this place could easily be 5 star pizza. They are close but they need to better the environment and morale in the kitchen.

This is the best pizza place I?ve ever been to, and I?ve been to quite a few! The guys who work here are extremely kind and great at what they do. Whole process is done from scratch before your eyes, and the wait times are great for the quality pizza you get. I ordered an extra large pepperoni and waited less than 10 minutes which is less than even the fast food joints around here. Super friendly (and delicious) place that I?ll definitely return to and recommend to everyone
