Arby's - Magnolia

Almost an hour wasted at this place!!!! My family and I stopped for a quick bite and never received our food. We waited for 25 minutes before heading back to the counter and were told that they had made a mistake as our food was listed as delivered. They promised to make it. After 10 minutes, a staff member speaks to another staff member about our food and we were told it would be out shortly. After another 15 minutes, we asked for a refund and were told that our food has never been made because of a shift change mistake. There was no accountability and every person we spoke made it seem like it was someone else's mistake. Will never go back to this store.

There’s potential but serious changes need to happen. I had the buffalo chicken wrap and it felt like a jaw workout. The wrap is good but so thick and chewy. The chicken was at least 50% breading. The sauces and flavors were delicious though. How it is priced at $8 is insanity! Drive-thru took awhile.

I love the Greek gyro from Arby's.The specific store needs some updating, furniture bit up.

Worse customer service ever. First it started where i ordered door dash and they forgot a sec bag. So I had to drive there and pick it up so. First I was standing there for fifteen minutes before somebody ever acknowledged me. Then I kindly asked if they can make me another order cause it would be cold. And one lady said she called the GM and they gave some stupid excuse, it's waste of food please such bull. How much could it have costed. The worse

Absolutely amazing Arby’s, the food was amazing, the service was incredible, and they were very nice understanding even when it took us incredibly long to choose what to get. They were very lovely people, and they did everything we asked of them, like taking the shredded lettuce ranch off of the sandwich, and adding leaf lettuce instead. They got every part of what we said exactly correct. When we asked for extra buffalo sauce, one of the guys who was working there (I think his name was Everett, or Everit, or something like that) said “Imma give you a separate bag full of buffalo sauce just to be funny.” And then proceeded to give us TWENTY TWO things of buffalo sauce ?. I strongly recommend that you get from this establishment.
