Istanbul Grill - Magdeburg

Best Döner in town. The boss and his people are just cool. Whatever pisses me off is the people who are drunk all day.

I tried both Dönerspieße. Calf and chicken, both of them lubricated very well. The sharp sauce was sweeter for my taste than sharp (although delicious). The service was top.

The istanbul grill is located in the northern magdeburgs in the new new town on the lübecker road near the st nikolai church. in the very simple dining room there are only few, very simple tables. But there is a small theke where one or the other drank his evening beer.The food is manageable and offers the usual suspects of the Turkish almost food kitchen. the dönerteller was good to very good, with a lot of fresh salad and very tasty meat. unfortunately the teller was too small for the portion. because everything was tied together, the pommes were quickly mushy. Conclusion: tasty and cheap, but not cozy.
