Berner & Brown - Magdeburg

A restaurant looking for the same in Magdeburg. In every respect they succeeded and led with great attention to detail. We enjoy every time with lots of devotion the different flavors and also the time there. The staff takes care of every individual guest and special wishes at any time. The team is perfectly played and very professional. You find a place fortunate and can forget your stress for a while. We are very grateful for this wonderful place.

We were with Berner Brown on 30.01.2017. I've eaten more openly and liked it again. The ambience is simply fantastic.. that shows me the very good taste of the operators (some Gastromnome in Magdeburg could cut off a piece of it) The service is very attentive, explains all food and wines in peace and is for a drink. Excellent! During the evening some water orders were not brought along and the glasses were long empty. But we're all just people and the good mood didn't do anything. There was also a service employee on request every time. Eat: We had the Red Beete soup... Excellent. more is not to say. Dip Mix... Excellent...more is not here to say tapas variations: These have also tasted very good for everyone involved! Dessert: Up here is definitely still air. At the last visit we had the Crema Catalana that was not so successful. This time we had the plum marzipan parrot. It tasted good, but there was something missing that balances the missing sweetness of the parfaits and brings the I tip to the food. Possibly sweetened plums or a sauce. Overall we liked it excellently with a small weakness in the dessert. If you want to eat at a good level in Magdeburg, you will surely be well resolved here.

We were there for the first time yesterday, and I must say that we were thrilled, the top of the staff, at every walk we were enlightened about our foods and were satisfied, although it was full yesterday, one had the feeling that they were only there for us! The ambience totally beautiful, and yes, we had the feeling of being on holiday! We are happy to try the other treats!

Very excellent kitchen. The reception, the service, the attention as well as the advice about the individual tapas and what wine you drink best were of very high level. Thanks for the nice evening. Ps: A timely reservation is absolutely recommended.
