Pontus In The Air - Maersta

All available sources have different working times for the restaurant and the bar. we came to a time when we were in all posted time windows, and were turned away by the employees (rudely) because they early closed exceptionally bad service and contradictory sources of information online leads me to a well-earned rating of 1/5 stars.

I was in Amex-Lounges all over the world. this is by far one of the worst and as a person of color — they will not help but will help others around them I usually do not leave bad reviews, but this is 2022 and lounges (including amex) lounge should be the same type of service for all guests.

The worst lounge experience I've ever had in my whole life. I regretted so much that I added amex platin to have such experience. even norrsken lounge was much better than that. I will never forget that the person I met this year was the rude person. to avoid them at all costs.

The American express lounge is either underoccupied or underoccupied. long waiting time and slower throughput. Today we didn't even take care of the taste.

Decent place. The food is okay, drinks as well. I get a feeling they are a bit overworked due to the service being quite slow Maybe this is an indication of an inflation in platinum members or just an ordinary Friday A good start on the trip regardless, but could easily be combined with another lounge if you've got the time considering Pontus is a restaurant and not a place to relax.
