Archana - Madurai

No idly, No masala dosa, No poori sagu, No idly chilly, Waited for 30 minutes to give the order. They took 15 minutes to just give 2 dosa, others took 30 minutes. Not recommended to visit this hotel

On a visit to Madurai, we revisited this place four times because the food and service was good but unfortunately for us and themselves, the staff blew it on the last night. The smiley man in the photo who had been very attentive was off that night and it showed. The food was served out of sequence and I received a portion of raw and **** chicken, something I noticed only after I had eaten some of it very unfortunately. The staff were not apologetic or concerned and were determined to resolve the problem only by cooking the chicken further. I would not accept this and I already felt nauseous. I was very concerned as to how I would travel the next afternoon back to Europe and in fact I was up all night, vomiting and using the toilet. The next morning I could eat nothing but fortunately by the time I had to travel my symptoms had eased. But I would urge patrons that if they insist on dining in this place to be very careful indeed.

The food was really great and the staff very friendly. I️ had just arrived after a odyssey of flying all over India to get to Madurai. It was crazy day. This restaurant was so relaxing to chill out at and have a nice meal. The staff were really great and got me hooked up with WiFi even though I️ was not a guest so I️ could get in touch with my family. Highly recommend

This place has delicious food. Dosa and idly plus. Good coffee. Very clean. I recommend if you travel to Madurai.

When I look for a restaurant to dine in, I dont check if its affordable... Rather my expectations would be in regard to the value for the money I pay... The taste is good...... Their fish finger with fry and pepper chicken were exquisite.... But they have a single ready made recipe for all nonvegetarian soups and there is not much of a difference between a chicken soup and mutton leg soup..... The Quantity Quality Money is not a favorable equation here....
