Kfc - Madisonville

The guy at the drive through litterly said the G.... D.... drive through is closed come inside...My husband went in because I hadn't been feeling well and wanted a potpie... The employee inside said to another how ridiculous it was having to cook this much chicken... My pot pie was amazing but wish he hadn't got it dealing with this through the after church rush...

Worst KFC in Kentucky, it literally needs to be shutdown again. Waited 35 minutes for a simple window order, food was completely wrong. It's almost like these people don't even know what's going on around them. This restaurant gives KFC a bad reputation.

They wouldn't take an order over the phone said I had to do the app, I did and it gave a 15 minute interval before it would be ready I arrived 5 minutes after estimated time it would be ready and they had not even cooked it so I'm still waiting for the amount of time that It should have been already done in to begin with they wouldn't let me go through the drive-thru obviously because they haven't cooked it yet if I hadn't already paid I wouldn't have even got it very irritated bad service not friendly Madisonville KFC sucks

Cleanest KFC I’ve ever been in. Bathrooms were very clean. Food was very good. The guy waiting on us could have been more personable and not putting his fingers on his mouth the whole time. Other than that very good.

I was greeted by Trevor. He is super friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu. Extremely helpful.
