We only had a specialty hass roll and inari, but both were good. I 've never had inari but it was incredible!! Service while seated at the bar was excellent. They also said they have a separate area for making the vegan sushi, which is reassuring.

This restaurant had the most unique and fancy vegan sushi I've ever tried! They have clear vegan labeling with many options, including vegan sushi trays, appetizers, and a dessert. The sushi was beautiful and so creative, with ingredients like bell pepper, zucchini, tofu, etc. The sushi was gourmet with prices to match, so definitely keep that in mind! I also had the vegan key lime pie dessert, which was scrumptious! I would definitely recommend trying out the vegan sushi here for something special, but stick to a typical sushi spot for more affordable options!

This is the go-to place to get sushi in Madison. Their many vegan options are all incredible... I have never starved here! Nice staff, great atmosphere, perfect for a date night or any other fancy occasion.

I have been dining at Red for many years. The service is always excellent and the food is consistently amazing.
