Panera Bread - Madison

Came 12/2 at 7 p.m., my girlfriend order a chicken salad sandwich that might have 4 small pieces of chicken, she pushed the little chicken to half the sandwich, ate that and said it hardly a chicken. Half of their sandwich remained uneaten with only salad. Making sandwiches is particularly easy when it's all you do. It seems that all restaurants on this side of the city have high school workers with bad attitudes.

Order online 30min in advanced. The order was still 15 minutes late. It was ordered without my drinks. When I asked my drinks, the lady behind the counter gave me a random coffee and went away. It was not only the wrong coffee, it was partly drunk. And the chicken sandwich was burned outside and cold and pink inside. I recommend to another Panera.

I swear to God if I made it a zero star review. I ordered a French onion soup and it was the worst French onion soup at all and not even worsened right. Not to mention a place selling a 7-dollar grilled cheese sandwich, they could use something other than KRAFT American cheese. They also did not have almost any bread, I really mean for place called panra BREAD. I was 5 seconds away from going back there to show him how to make real French onion soup. Not here!!!!

Excellent Panera! Clean, friendly and attentive stuff. Food was served fresh and very fast

After a 20+ minute wait for Mac and cheese and soup. My Mac and cheese was cold when I asked if I could get it warm was pointed towards a dirty microwave that has a label that specifically said don 't put bowls in here. I asked about that and was told oh that means be careful bowl gets hot . Panera used to be one of our favorite places. Avoid them now as they are too expensive for me long wait and cold, mediocre food.
