Ohio Tavern - Madison

A nice neighborhood bar. I really love the tacos, highly recommend. I haven't had any I didn't like. The only disappointment was they're so good and popular they ran out of brisket last time I was there. We stop by on Wednesday night occasionally for bingo. It's convenient right off the bike path if you want to travel by two wheels. The parking isn't the most convenient if you drive but usually you can grab a spot close by on Atwood. Awesome local spot. The food was incredible, especially the tacos.

We live in melrose, wi (la crosse area.) we were down in madison for the midwest pferdemesse. after the rodeo, we were told they had tacos. the briskettacos. I swear, it's one of the best briskets I had and they were real tacos. not the strange ones of others. both bartenders were amazing. Drinking was good. in any case be back when we come back to madison.

Amazing tacos and the staff are amazing. During COVID they started taking in call in orders and accepted cards. Now that COVID is on the decline they don’t take call in orders or cards. Tsk tsk tsk.
