Nicky's Firehouse Pizza - Madison

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! From the beginning to the end of our experience at Nicky's was amazing. The new owners, Amanda and Joe, have increased and improved the decor, pizza and menu. We have learned that Joe is a cook with many years of restaurant experience and he rotates all menu items. Amanda is the most friendly person on Earth... we even heard that she was talking to the table of teenage girls next to us and had to make sure she was going home (it was after 9 a.m.). Manager Jeremy stopped several times to check us and was attentive to all our needs. The food was from this world! We have starters to share and it was fresh and delicious. The rice balls were crispy outside and perfectly soft and cheesy inside. They came with a delicious meat sauce. The artichokes Milanese were perfection. Easily baked, crispy and tasty. They were paired with a lemon sauce. The fried zucchini was fantastic. Another turn with a thicker cut, but with panko bread crumbs and a lemon Aioli diving sauce that was ineffective. You have to try! It is also BYOB that helps to keep it budget friendly. Thanks Joe, Amanda and Jeremy for a great night! We're coming back!

Great experience here yesterday. We came as soon as it was opened for lunch. The new owner was wonderful. We had pizza and I asked her recommendation... she suggested the grandma pizza that was excellent. My son had pepperoni. Delicious! Food and hospitality were fantastic!

Definitely one of the nest pizzas I've ever been. Great service and everyone was so welcoming. I'll go back and forth. Large family restaurant

I just kept my daughter's baby shower at the Firehouse and just say good things. The party room was a perfect size for an intimate environment. Joe, the owner and his staff were so friendly, helpful and friendly. All guests took part in the event and meal. We had a few guests with nutritional problems, and they simply offered options. The food was excellent from appetizers to dessert. We highly recommend this restaurant and wish it well in the future!

My wife and I had our rehearsal dinner at Nicky’s prior to our wedding day. The event dining space comfortably sat 32 of us with enough privacy to make it feel as if we were the only party in the restaurant. The manager and owners could not have been more flexible and accommodating, changing our order as people canceled over time. The food itself was excellent as was the service and ambiance. Our entire party could not have been happier with the experience and I could not recommend it more.
