Bidrage med feedbackDid resteraunt week to go and got the $40 for 4 family special. Nopales salad was fresh and delicious, 3 x enchiladas were also flavorful, brand and rice were delicious and finished off with 4 delicious coconut cakes. At $10 a person, it was so good and worth the price. The lamb enchilada was the best one. Will definitely be back to try more of their really extensive and authentic menu.
My wife and I worked with Chef Oscar to cater an engagement party we threw for our friends. From inquiry to delivery, payment, and eating, the entire experience was fantastic. Chef Oscar is helpful and has good avice about how much to order. He takes a lot of pride in his food, and it really shows. We have always enjoyed going in to the restaurant for food, but the catering experience was equally excellent! The price point was also incredibly reasonable. These folks are our go-to spot!
Food was okay but nothing exceptional mostly stewed and pickled ingredients no telling how fresh everything was. Nothing gourmet about it. The tacos were street sized portions, maybe 2 3 bites per taco which is a lot given that it was roughly $4/taco. The whole experience felt like I was being nickel and dimed for upcharges that are typically free, like thimble sized things of below average salsa with a limit of 2 thimbles for 3 tacos, which didn?t cut it. The iced tea, which costs $3 was bland and no ice was available. For the money, there are many, many better places to get tacos, burritos or whatever.
Just picked up an order and it was delish! The shrimp tacos were tasty! The guac was really fresh and yummy. Kicking myself for not trying them sooner. Also really wishing I could have another piece of coconut cake. Yum!!!
We were excited to get some traditional Mexican food as it is our favorite. We ended up each getting a three taco dinner but they were out of what we ordered. They tried to make the meat quickly to keep the line going but our food was dry burned. The menu showed their Thursday special as $2 Tamales so we added this to our order. Much to our surprise 2 Tamales ended up costing $12 and didn't come with rice or beans. When we asked them if there was an error we were informed we read the sign wrong. We sucked it up but were unhappy as they were also burned so we could only eat the top half of them. We hate leaving unsatisfactory reviews but wanted to let the owner know that the menu's are confusing, the food was burned warn other customers that for $50 it wasn't worth it. We hope they can solve these issues for other customers.
