Mcdonald's - Madison

I got a car-dru breakfast and coffee 3 times in the last week and the staff were friendly and got my order right. always smile!

Staff was a little rude and more focused on their conversations and not on greeting customers. When I walked in the first thing that was asked was “you want someone to take your order” which I thought was a bit rude. I said “no, I ordered on the app”. The employee then walked away without saying anything else. Then the manager handed me my food without saying anything. The service however was quick and food hot. The other morning the staff was very friendly, but these staff members this morning were not. The beverage counter was also littered with trash and trash can over flowing. I understand if your busy, but please take time to clean and empty the trash. I rather wait a few minutes while you clean then to have to touch a nasty counter.

I went directly from the drive thru to the curb side/mobile order parking spot, and say and waited 35 minutes to have 2 sausage McMuffins and a small hi c brought to me. Mind you, they tried to give my food to the wrong people and told me sorry for the delay, they forgot there was a mobile order still. No they did not have to cook my food again, it was over cold when it got to me, plus the drink had no ice instead of extra ice. Couldn't call the store during my wait because they don't know how to answer the phone. They weren't even busy at all. Sad, just sad.

My friends and I have been coming to this Mcdonald 's for years. Wrong orders aren 't that common but I have definitely had them a few times. However, when my friends and I came today all of our orders had mistakes. All of us had to go to the counter to say something. Even after saying something they still got one of my friends order wrong but we were too tired of going up. The lady that gave us our orders was rude and had a bad attitude. We also had to wait 10 minutes at the counter to explain what was wrong with our order. We even made eye contact with multiple workers only to be ignored. I even said a polite excuse me to one of the workers. She just looked at me and then looked away pretending that she didn 't hear me. The strawberry pie ordered also said to enjoy by 1:13 that day. I ordered it at 4:50, so they sold me an apple pie that should have been discarded rather than sold to customers . I frequently visit this Mcdonald 's and hope to receive better service next time.

Food is consistently cold even during lunch time. Soggy french fries that seem to have been cooked days ago. Sandwich was room temperature, so it is hard to say how that meets health dept regulations. Just an overall poorly run place.
