Bidrage med feedbackWe had a pleasure to feed her since it opened. Eating was always top notch, and never disappointed. Chef Dave is an amazing person to boot. Treats his workers well and fights for a living wage. From lunch to diner and even specialty 3 meals; This place is 5 stars and I can't wait to see how the renovation goes! Always a happy customer.
Great Creole and Cajun food in minutes of downtown Madison! If you like Louisiana cuisine, I highly recommend. The menu is excellent. Recommend shrimp and grits, jambalaya and liliana pasta. Also the wine selection and dessert menu are great. Service was great. Lots of parking. Disabled. Reservations recommended, especially at popular dinner nights.
Lilianas Restaurant was an incredible find. I was looking for a place to hear live jazz and came across Liliana's. Their menu seemed particularly appealing with many curated vegetable dishes and we decided to give them an attempt. Spellbinder would be my description of how incredibly rich the flavors were. The brussel sprouts, cauliflower, fig bruschetta and butternut squash soup were so incredibly luscious. Very recommended!! The live jazz was the perfect companion to a perfect night in the city
I'm so happy with this place. My girlfriend is vegan and I am definitely not vegan and this place had great options for both of us. Our server loves her job and combined with the fantastic food and music, this place is already on my go-to list for the next weekend. I would also like to give a scream from boss Dave Heide for his upcoming restaurant Little John’s. You're an inspiration and I'm proud to spend my money on your business.
Currently renovating, dining in the patio area is really nice. Friendly staff if a bit slow. Free corn bread was really nice, the cheese curds are some of the best in the area with the curds seasoned well and the cajun ranch delicious. I got the jambalaya and although there's too much tomato and not enough rice to be traditional (lived in louisiana for 12 years), the flavor was there and the blackened shrimp and the sausage were highlights. Dined with friends and the shrimp and grits looked really good, and I tried the salmon that was also great. Although the beignets were fine, they're definitely not the real deal. For being in Wisconsin, I'll definitely be back to fill my cajun cravings!
