Kfc - Madison

Order was messed up. Quanities were super small. Quality was pretty bad. Cost wasn't good either.

Drive thru service was good and quick. Food was good. Chicken pieces are getting smaller. My chicken they was no bigger than my biscuit .

UPDATE: I walked in here ? and was instantly surprised. It was clean. The food smelled good. There wasn?t a bunch of food or soda on the counters, behind the counter where food is being prepared was really clean. I was honestly shocked at how clean thisKFC was. Previous UPDATE: Bomb! We didn?t wait that long for the food to be done. It was quick. The macaroni was VERY GOOD. Thechicken was good too, extra crispy.

Great tasting food. Ordered chicken and mashed potatoes. They spilled one whole gravey in my bag and didn't tell me. Got to my mom's house and had a mess and short one gravey. They were not that friendly at the drive through window. Lobby was closed.

Where do I start. I stopped going to this place. Food was not KFC standards, service was terrible, staff rude. Stopped in last night, on a gamble. They took my order, asked me questions to make sure my order was correct, wait is this the same One I usedto stop at?? Hmmm.... Drove up to the window, gal repeated my order with a smile, asked if there was anything else that wasneeded. Order was 100% correct and I got my food within 30-45 seconds of pulling up to the window. I thought OK, something wasgoing to be wrong with my order so I opened my box and looked. WOW This order was correct, hot, and delicious. I will definitelygot back. Top notch service
