Five Guys Burgers Fries - Madison

The food at this restaurant was average and a bit too greasy for my taste. The fries were good but expensive, and the burger was below my expectations. I would give it 3 stars for being average. The service was basic, with no real service other than taking orders, cooking, and handing food over the counter. Despite this, I give it 5 stars because the three people working were very friendly and polite. The atmosphere was average and plain, but I appreciated the free peanuts. However, there was a service person who seemed to be doing nothing but hovering around the soda machine and getting in the way. While I understand the importance of maintenance, it would be better if he stayed out of the customers' way. Overall, the experience was just okay.

The burgers at this restaurant are fantastic! They may be a bit greasy, but they are very delicious. The fries are also great, although they can be undercooked at times. While there are cheaper burger options available, the kids really enjoy these burgers and they are always satisfying. It would be nice to have more side dishes and menu options to choose from. Despite this, we continue to come back to this place, which means they must be doing something right.

Excellent burgers, great service. I visited during off-peak hours so there was no.line. The place was clean. It was in a small strip mall so parking was limited but didn't have to wait long.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was impressed by the quick, friendly, and accommodating service. The burger was delicious and came with a generous portion of fries. It was enough to feed a whole baseball team!

I visited back in 2014. It was a good place. Cleanliness was bite, food was good and service was fast.
