The most unprofessional place I have ever been I walked in at 1 o’clock and left at 2:58 for 2 ice creams I will never step foot in this place ever again

It was a Dunkin Donuts that sells ice cream, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, latte, machiato,... and they have oat milk!!!We were stopping for coffee on our way to Louisiana and my daughter Googled DD.People are so friendly in this townMy daughter and I received a hearty good morning from a little boy because it's his birthday.Parents were bringing him for donuts.

The sign says they close at 9 PM but that is the time employees leave. They close before that.

Okay so I usually love this Dunkin' the drinks are always very good and in the morning the food is quick and also very good. Any time after that in a slow time the drinks are still good and quick but the food is very slow and that is disappointing as I work close by and sometimes just want a small snack with my coffee but I have a short break.

My coffee was cool, watery skim milk. Not a hint of coffee. I imagine they ran out of coffee, rinsed out the pot with water, poured that in my cup, and topped it with milk. That’s how it looked and tasted. The cream cheese bagel bites managed to taste both burnt and yet be freezing cold. And there were 2 dried out unappetizing strips of tasteless bacon in the snackin bacon package… at other Dunkins, the package is brimming with peppery, maple syrup delicious bacon. And I even specifically asked for plenty of the seasoning to make sure it was yummy. If they were begging me to never come back, they couldn’t have done a better job.I’ve been so looking forward to this trip to Dunkin. Kind of wanted to cry at just how bad EVERYTHING was. Threw it all away when I got home.
