Applebee's Grill - Madison

My mom and I love this location. We’re always here when we want Applebee’s. The atmosphere is always great and the staff is amazing.

It was a slow servicelsewhere! With customers just slow. The food quality wasn't the best, there were black chunks of potato in the mashed potatoes see photo) and when we brought it to the waiters attention he took it back to the kitchen. when he returned he offered another scoop of the same potatoes, they didn't offer to comp the meal or a discount for the obviously spoiled or subpar food. The burgers were cooked well as was the salmon, but if the mindset of the management at their store is to just shove poor quality food out to the customer what else are they allowing ro happen where you can't see it. We will not return to this restaurant, there are too many around to risk the food poisoning. Save yourself the distress and go eslsewhere! Corporate should visit this store SOON, it's tarnishing the Applebee's imagine.

This is my favorite Applebee's location in the Huntsville Madison Decatur area. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Service is fast, my food is always delicious, and my beer is hardly ever empty for long. Mr. Dave is a great bartender, he always remembers me and so does a lot of the other staff.

Our server was awesome! Her name is Michelle. She was also the bartender and very busy at the time we went (2p)! We had bourbon street chicken shrimp. It was delicious! I got broccoli with it and it was delicious! Also had a $5 adult beverages and they were yummy! I did take spinach dip home to my hubby. He said it was a tad bland but he ate it all.

It was a nice family gathering. Good food and great service
